Optical Measurements
OUT e.V. provides the measurement of the following parameter of LEDs and small radiation sources:- luminous flux [lm, mW]
- radiant flux [W] in the spectral range between 193 and 1600 nm
- luminous intensity [cd]
- radiant intensity [W/sr] in the spectral range between 193 and 1600 nm
- luminous flux distribution body
- colour temperature distribution body
- characteristic current-light-curve in the spectral range between 193 and 1600 nm
- luminous output / efficiency [lm/W]
- dominant wavelength
- colour rendering index (CRI, Ra, ...)
- colour temperature (CRT)
- colour coordinates x, y (CIE 1931) or Luv (CIE 1976)
- spectral distribution and deviated parameter
- spectral resolved measurements of the bidirectional scatter function (BSDF) of solid surfaces between 198 and 1115 nm
- reflection spectrogram for azimuth and elongation -90° till +90° between 198 and 1115 nm
- optoelectronic quick-pulse measurements of LEDs with a time resolution of 0.5 ns and a rise time of 2 ns
- excitation spectroscopy for solid and liquid samples: animation between 200 and 1000 nm and emitting spectra between 198 and 1115 nm
- measurements of large (<0.5 m) and small (>1 mm) objects
Additionally OUT e.V. provides measurements of plane coatings and surfaces:
- spectral resolved measurements of transmission, absorption and reflection between 0.2 µm and 1.25 mm (terahertz)
- determination of the optical constants n(λ), k(λ)
