Scientific Experience 
Thin film technologies methodically investigate physical and chemical low-temperature vacuum deposition. In order to characterize production techniques and layer properties various instrumentations and data processing are available in our laboratory. We offer research, project management and supply of services for Industry Partners as well as cooperation with other research institutions. All these research facilities and 20 years’ experience will serve you in a joint research project.
